They said over a month ago at TGS it will come out mid November. It was never going to come out in October. That it just a stupid rumor.

indeed. sony didn't say anything about delaying the release date.
anyway, can't understand people, who maybe have a psp with cfw and are happy because of using homebrews and so on.dark alex is someone like god for them. they "love him", and when he decrypts new firmwares or something else, they're glad. now home was decrypted and unpacked, and all they can say is "whoa, damn hackers, i hate them, they fking make me wait 2 weeks more". but if some1 will have any nice results because of this "bad-hacker-thing", they are happy.

Exactly, if for some miraculous reason, "Hello World!" or an ISO loader appears tommorow because of this, they would be on SKFU's dick lol.

Even if this does not help -which surely will- PS3 scene already owes much to SKFU.

I fully agree with Mathieulh, this should be kept private only to devs.. honestly I think it would be a good idea to create a subforum on this board, where only trusted, and respected devs get access, no one else needs to know anything secret before they actually can use it..
Just my two cents...

Not everybody on this forum are like you, there are already devs on this forum, though.
Even if Sony finds out about this discovery and they are planning to add something in the next patch, there's a simple way to stop this; don't ever update your firmware.

Then that would make you a hypocrite. Posting the wrong statement at the wrong place.... ftw?
Tell me which is better; unpacked home beta that can possibly lead to exploits or without unpacked home beta and you get an early release?
